This website is operated by Project315. By purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Products
The 20Book is a physical coupon book containing offers from local businesses. Coupons are valid through the expiration date printed in the book. We are not responsible for any business closures or changes to offers after the book is printed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Order Limits
Orders are limited to 10 books per transaction. For bulk orders exceeding this limit, please contact us directly at hello@theproject315.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by location. Local pickup is available at our designated pickup location.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will send a replacement. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for orders that have not yet shipped.
Charitable Donations
100% of net proceeds (revenue minus direct costs including printing, shipping supplies, and payment processing fees) are donated to local homeless charities. Your purchase is not tax-deductible as a charitable donation, as you are receiving a product in exchange.
Coupon Redemption
Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase at participating businesses. Each coupon may only be used once unless otherwise specified. Terms and conditions for individual offers are determined by the participating businesses. Project315 is not responsible for businesses that do not honor their coupons.
Limitation of Liability
Project315 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
